Terms of Service

What you're agreeing to
These Terms of Service are the agreement between Mibsal ERP ("Mibsal", "we", "us") and the clinic that registers for an account ("you", "your clinic"). By registering, you agree to them on your clinic's behalf. If you are registering as an employee of a clinic, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
What you're buying
A subscription to use Mibsal ERP — the patient records, scheduling, dental clinical tools, invoicing and JoFotara e-invoicing, expense tracking and reporting your clinic's plan includes — for the number of staff and the features your plan covers. Every price shown on our site and in the admin panel includes sales tax; there is no separate tax added at checkout or on your invoice from us.
The trial
New clinics get 14 days of full access before any payment is due, with no card required to start. If you decide Mibsal ERP is not for your clinic, you can simply stop using it — nothing is charged automatically at the end of the trial.
Payment
Mibsal ERP does not use a card or online payment gateway. Payment is arranged directly with us — currently by bank transfer — once your trial ends and you choose to continue, and again at the start of each billing period you choose (monthly or yearly). We record your payment and activate or extend your subscription once it clears.
If a payment is late
A paid clinic gets a 7-day grace period after a billing period ends, during which your clinic keeps full access — we understand a bank transfer can clear a day or two late. If payment still has not been recorded after that window, or if a trial ends without becoming a paid subscription, your clinic's account moves to a read-only state: every record stays exactly as it was, you can keep reading and exporting it, but you cannot create or edit anything. The moment we record your payment, full access is restored immediately — nothing is lost or needs to be re-entered.
Your clinic's responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of the patient and clinical data your staff enter — Mibsal does not verify or correct it.
- Who on your staff has an account, and what permissions each account holds. A receptionist's account should not be able to do an accountant's job unless you decide it should.
- Using the platform lawfully, and not attempting to access another clinic's data, disrupt the service, or use it to send unsolicited communications.
- Your own regulatory and professional obligations as a healthcare provider — record-keeping requirements, consent, and anything else your license or Jordanian law requires of your clinic specifically. Mibsal provides the system; it does not practise medicine or dentistry, and it does not decide what should be recorded about a patient.
Who controls patient data
As set out in our Privacy Policy, your clinic is the controller of its patients' medical records, and Mibsal is the processor that operates the software on your instructions. That means your clinic — not Mibsal — is responsible for having a lawful basis to hold and process the patient data it enters, for responding to a patient's request about their own record, and for meeting any patient-data obligation under Jordanian law that applies to your clinic specifically.
What we don't yet offer
We would rather tell you plainly than have you assume it: we do not currently offer a guaranteed uptime commitment or a formal service-level agreement, we do not hold an external security or healthcare-data certification (such as ISO 27001, HIPAA or SOC 2), and we do not integrate a card or online payment gateway. If any of that changes, we will say so here and on the pricing page.
Ending your subscription
You can stop your subscription at any time by telling us; we can also suspend an account for a clear breach of these terms (for example, using the platform to access data that is not your clinic's). Either way, your clinic's records are retained, not deleted, and you can request a full export of them at any time — during an active subscription, during the read-only grace state, or after you've stopped using the platform — by writing to hello@mibsal.com.
Changes to the service and these terms
We build and improve Mibsal ERP continuously. We will not remove a feature your clinic relies on without notice, and if we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update this page and let registered clinics know.
Liability
Mibsal ERP is provided as a tool to help run your clinic's operations; it is not a substitute for your own clinical judgement, professional obligations, or the advice of your own accountant or lawyer. To the extent permitted by Jordanian law, our liability to you is limited to the fees you have actually paid us in the 12 months before a claim arises.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
