Is it genuinely Arabic?
Yes. Arabic is the default language and right-to-left is the default direction rather than an extra option, and English is fully available for those who prefer it. Every error message is translated too.
Does it work without internet?
The on-premise edition does, because it runs on a machine inside your own premises. The cloud edition needs a connection, because it runs on our servers.
Can we export our data?
Yes, and without asking. The data is yours and export is part of the system rather than an extra service.

We have data in an old system. Do you move it?
