Our management platform, delivered as a system built for one sector at a time. The dental clinic system is live today, and each new sector is a new edition on the same core.

Why Mibsal

Arabic first, not translated afterwards
The interface runs right-to-left by default and English is the option, not the other way round. Screens, reports and invoices are laid out for Arabic first — and every member of your team picks their own language.
One core, a system for each sector
Not a generic tool that half fits. Customers, invoicing, payments, staff and reporting are shared by every sector. Each sector adds the tools it actually needs, in its own vocabulary, on its own page.
Government e-invoicing where your market requires it
In Jordan, JoFotara submission and credit notes are built into the same invoicing screen. Live filing is activated after production credentials and the end-to-end path are verified.

Your data stays yours

Separated, not merely filtered
Every organisation's records are bound to that organisation in the data layer itself, so a query cannot reach another organisation's rows by forgetting a condition.
Roles you define, down to the single action
Not three fixed roles. You choose, person by person, which sections they see and which actions they may take inside each one — so a receptionist can book an appointment without ever opening a ledger.
Every list exports to a file you keep
Customers, appointments, invoices, payments, suppliers, staff and roles export to a spreadsheet with the filters you were looking at still applied — and the file opens in Excel with the Arabic intact.
A lapsed subscription is read-only, not a locked door
If a subscription expires you keep every screen, every record and every export. Only new entries stop, and nothing is deleted. Holding your own records hostage over a late transfer is not a lever we are willing to use.

Is Mibsal only for dental clinics?
No. The basics are the same for every sector: customers, scheduling, invoicing, payments, expenses, staff and reporting. Each sector then gets its own system and its own page on top of them. The dental clinic system is the one live today, so it is the one you can buy.
How long before I can log in?
A person reviews every registration before the account is opened, so it is not instant. You are emailed as soon as it is ready, at the address you registered with.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The 14-day trial takes no card and there is no payment gateway to sign up to. Payment is arranged with us directly when you decide to continue.
Can my team work in English?
Yes, and person by person. Each user picks Arabic or English for their own account and the interface changes direction with it. The data underneath is the same.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
It goes read-only, not away. You keep reading, searching and exporting everything you had. Only new entries stop. Nothing is deleted because an invoice went unpaid.
Do you handle government e-invoicing?
Yes. JoFotara submission, including credit notes, is built into the Jordan workflow. Live filing is activated for your account after production credentials and the end-to-end submission path are verified.
